Refresher course – Human factors, part 145 regulations, CDCCL/FTS

OBJECTIVES

  • Refresh acquired knowledge on human factors, for personnel and companies of the aviation sector

  • Refresh theoretical basic knowledge of requirements related to regulation EU 1321/2014

    – Reminder on the involvement of human factors in the aviation maintenance sector
    – Occurrence postponement (ability to anticipate common errors in aviation maintenance)

    • Continuing airworthiness
    – Parts M / 147
    – Part 66 / Part 145 detailed training Procedures / Recommendation of licence files to the Civil Aviation Authority (MOE paragraphs 3.14 / 3.15 / 3.16)

    – Overall review of all items
    – “Certifying Staff” authorisations (indirect approval granted to the organisation)
    – Dual Inspection (Task Cards)
    – Tooling inventory (FOD approach)
    CDCCL/FTS
    – Reminder of applicabilities
    – Reminder of ignition sources – Technology
    – CDCCL instructions in the MOE – Manufacturer’s data
    – Reporting of occurrences related to CDCCL
    – Reminder of applicable good practices (Transition with EWIS Wiring Practices)

TYPE OF STUDENTS

Personnel from approved organisations of the aviation sector and their subcontractors.

Personnel qualified within the scope of Regulations Part M, 145 and 66 having to undergo continuation training.
