Be able to perform maintenance operations on aircraft or their components

Introduction to the specific features of electrical bonding of aircraft parts (metallic and composite parts) Acquire the necessary knowledge to perform a mechanical stripping operation, a measurement and the replacement of electrical bonding components on an aircraft

Know the precautions to be taken when using the various aircraft products and know how to use these products (sealing compounds)

Theoretical introduction to the trade of structure mechanic

Be able to apply a tightening torque Be able to safety all types of fasteners

Be able to install and replace all types of rivets Acquire knowledge of oversize dimensions and precautionary measures

Be able to measure (sliding calliper, micrometre calliper, etc.) Be able to perform machining operations using a sensitive drill press, in compliance with a definition drawing

Be able to read a drawing

Be able to identify the modes of degradation of structures Acquire knowledge of the various NDT processes implemented for damage detection

Understand the mechanical characteristics of metallic materials, depending on the various production methods Acquire knowledge of the various methods for all possible forming processes
